setting up pinocchio characters for sfm.

NOTE: there is a typo in the video, the pinocchio model should be exported as 68cm (not 68 inches), which makes the pinocchio characters roughly the height of HL2 characters. this is shown again in part 2 correctly and has to do with the fact that 1 valve unit is approximately 0.95 inches and my default maya units are cm.
