Raising children in today’s fast and demanding culture is difficult. We face moral erosion and competing values. The pressure to perform, commit and achieve has never been greater. As the church, parents and non-parents alike, we have the task of making disciples of our children. This makes the church and parents pioneers in a new culture. The problem is that many students leave the church after high school. With the right perspective, attention on the end result, and change, we can develop Christ-like influencers that never leave the church. However, change is hard.
