Cutting out objects in Photoshop is something that every motion graphics artist must do at one time or another. Sometimes it's easy, but many times it's a pain in the ol' backside. This video will walk you through several strategies that I use to get decent results with tricky images. There are some basic tips, but also some advanced methods of extracting image information when the pen tool isn't gonna cut it.
