This is an excerpt from a music video by the former keyboard player of Todd Rundgren's Utopia, Moogy Klingman. After leaving Utopia, Mr. Klingman took his earnings and invested them into buying the Bell Sound Studios in NYC. I was recruited by him in 1983 to work for free to create stop motion animation for one his songs, but had to do it only with in-house equipment. With the help of one of his interns I animated using two video cameras patched through a Grass Valley video switcher which allowed me to blue-screen the characters against various backgrounds. This was the first time I ever worked in video to do animation. I only included the animated portion of the video.
