This series of animated shorts was created by 8-14 year old kids that were part of The Children's Aid Society, Advantage program, Vaudeville Summer camp. None of these kids had ever animated before but they learned fast. Using a cheap video camcorder connected to a laptop computer running istopmtion software, I instructed the kids how to do stop motion animation by making simple characters out of clay, and sets with cardboard and construction paper. There is also a little bit of pixilation and strata-cut included. These are the short films they animated, directed, and edited with my help and the help of the program director Rob McIntosh.
