Amazing footage from 2 High Definition video cameras sent to 110,000ft just before dawn.
With the full moon setting on the horizon, we follow this edge-of-space balloon through the midst of the stratosphere, the camera gear suffering -50degC temperatures, and capturing the dawn as the sun breaks over the horizon, from around 40,000ft.
The tranquility of what remaining atmosphere exists at 110,000ft allows an incredible sweeping panorama of the earth, looking out over 720km (450miles) to the horizon.
Although 'slightly' uncontrolled, the tangled descent makes for a dramatic end to what was an incredibly stable and pleasant climb to the heavens.
