The flower experiment is a time lapse photography video where it takes an interval of 30 minutes for 24 hours throughout the course of 30 days. It is an experiment experimented on 3 pots of flowers of the same size and color. Each pot is labeled with words of what i would say to them everyday & the outcome would be that the 3 pots reacted differently to the words that was said to them.
This idea came about when i chanced upon Dr. Masaru Emoto's water and rice experiment where he experimented mainly on the source of water. What i did, was remove the element of water to see if thoughts had the power to still change and affect the flowers in anyway, without watering them. The results was fascinating after i compiled all the photos together, added the music and quotes.
Song: 17 Solitude by Tarboy OST - Bonus Tracks
Quotes: 'The Intention Experiment' book by Lynne McTaggart.
EOS Canon 60D, EFS 18-135mm lens
Intervelometer ( 30 minutes interval, 24 hours, 30 days )
Do take note of the following:
• The reason why the 'I Love you' pot was separated from the rest is genuinely because i couldn't find any similar jam caps to put the other pots in.
• The quotes in this video, is taken from the 'The Intention Experiment' Book by Lynne McTaggart in which i have just changed a word or two, where it might possibly sound weird in certain areas as the idea of why the quotes was introduced is to make the video sound more psychological.
