This film explores the experience of young people struggling to stay included at school. It was commissioned by Creative Partnerships UK in 2005, and it was of a highly collaborative nature with the students themselves.

Within anthropology, Corridors represents an attempt to use sensory media to evoke a sense of place and the movement of individuals within a structured environment. The film explores how spaces can organise behaviour, and I use various dictionary definitions of the word 'corridor' to explore how pupil's behaviour coincides with these definitions.

I shot the film alone, using a Sony PD-150 camera and an AKG 415e mic. It was edited using Final Cut Pro.
