Month in Focus showcases some of MSF's work around the world. In August, we return to the emergency in Somalia. In Mogadishu, paradoxically, malnutrition is not the most pressing health issue today.
In Liben, the refugee camp on the Ethiopian border, over half of the children under the age of five are malnourished upon arrival.
In Dadaab, over 1,000 new refugees are still pouring into the over spilling camps every day.
We visit Congo Brazzaville, where 115,000 refugees from DRC have found shelter in the Likouala region. This adds pressure on the hospital in Betou, already dealing with the seasonal rise in malaria.
Finally we are in Colombia, where MSF doctors have set up a new water supply system to provide the people with clean water. Now, every house in Miramar neighbourhood of Buenaventura has its own water tank providing clean water.
