A ten minute demonstration of Nikon's D5000 DSLR filmed in HD. This shows the D5000's Live View, continuous shooting, articulated screen and HD movies in action, along with a look around the camera's design and controls.
This demo is part of my full review of the D5000 at Cameralabs, here:
My review includes many sample images and direct, real-life comparisons with the Canon EOS 500D / Rebel T1i and Olympus E-620.
Note: the video was filmed with an American Canon HV30 and edited in Premiere Pro CS4 at 29.97fps. The D5000's movie clips were repackaged as MOV files using MPEG Streamclip for comptibility with Premiere, then inserted directly into the timeline. Note they are at 24fps.
