Amazing 4 week long trip in Tanzania. Started in Dar Es Saalam - Safari in the Serengeti and Ngorongoro - Diving in Zanzibar (Paje area) - Stone Town and then back to our proper homes.
This was the first time shooting animals in the wild, which requires a lot of patience. We didn't see any hunting or kills but saw lots of cats and the tail end of the Wildabeast migration, which was utterly spectacular. There were so many beautiful places that I wanted to set up for timelapses but we unfortunately did not have the time in the Serengeti for that. I am going to have to go back on a 14 day safari next time...and better prepared to shoot from a safari vehicle.
The 4 dives in Zanzibar were diverse with life. Visibility pushed 18m and reached a depth of 20m. Next time I want to see the Whale Sharks off of Mafia Island!
