In an apocalyptic existence where an unknown force is about to take over the world, a little girl wakes up and shows resistance as an essential figure in which all other forces have been lost.
About Fender Heist:
Fender Heist is an ecclectic pop duo based in Oslo, Norway. Once a part of a local juvenile crime gang called B-Yard who made a living fencing fenders* on the black market, the two finally made enough money to buy their first studio equipment at the age of 15, and has since then been producing music for a huge range of artists, movies, tv-series and ads.
Their first ever appearance as a band under the name Fender Heist (the name of course a tribute to their juvenile years) is this single called "Chino", a tribute to the lead vocalist of Deftones, Chino Moreno. As the only band the two members can agree to like, Deftones made an extreme impact on the two youngsters back in the early nineties.
The two members of Fender Heist refuses to give up their real identity, refering to themselves only as Fender A and Fender C. The only statement which might explain this is, in their own words; "who needs to know the names of two boring, middle class norwegian guys who at the end of the day no one will remember anyway? That being said; our privacy has at least nothing to do with the continual disappearance of fenders in the harbours of Oslo." Hopefully the enigmatic duo will get to visit other cities in europe and the US, preferably cities with decent harbours.
* Fender - a bumper usually air or foam filled, used to keep boats from banging into the docks or each other.
