Five minutes into a 45-minute aerial tour of the Elwha River watershed, I uh... lost my lunch all over myself, my camera gear and the airplane window. Without giving it a second thought, I wiped off the window and the viewfinder and kept shooting.
Despite all the trouble it took to get the footage, none of these shots made it into the documentary. Still, I thought, some of you would appreciate seeing them.
Therefore, here are the aerials of the lower dam on the Elwha and some shots of the upper watershed -- I didn't managed to get watchable footage of the upper dam from above because of the turbulence.
Don't worry -- I've tried to cut out any vomit-inducing shots.
