Smyths' Toys escape from the store and journey across town on an epic quest to find a playmate.
In this colourful commercial I embraced the viewpoint, imagination and adventurous spirit of a kid to help the small heroes to overcome each new obstacle by ingenious antics, whilst Uncle Clearcast ensured I remained authentic to each toy’s true scale and capability.
We devoted many hours to ‘researching’ the products and crawling around on the floor. My mum will go nuts when she sees the knees in my jeans! Over 400 different real toys took part in the campaign which were donated to charity after filming.
