In this Mograph Candy Quick Tip you will learn about adding hair guides in Cinema 4D. The Hair Module in Cinema 4D is pretty deep. As easy as it is to just add a Hair Object to the scene and get generic looking hair on an object, you can get more control of your hair in Cinema 4D by manually placing hair guides on your object.

By default, hair is applied to an entire object or by selections you make, however you can manually place guides using the Add Guide tool. Simply delete all the existing guides that Hair adds by default to get an empty Hair Object and then use the Add Guide tool like a brush to add more guides. Watch the tutorial to see how it's done.
