Their recently completed study examined eight brands - McDonald's, Burger King, BP, Shell, Tropicana, Minute Maid, Tylenol and Advil. The study has confirmed that the same instinctive thought process that governs our perceptions and interactions with other people also drives our purchase decisions and loyalty towards consumer brands.
