“Team-Based Inquiry: The Improve Phase” video walks you and your Team-Based Inquiry (TBI) through the process of identifying potential ideas for improving your program or practice. Your team may have a bunch of ideas, but the project constraints may only allow a few to happen – make sure to prioritize to create the best experience or outcome possible. And, don’t forget to document the TBI process. Others can learn from the work you and your team put in, so capture it for future projects!
Tool: Use the TBI Report Template after this video with your team.
This film is part of the NISE Network's "Team-Based Inquiry" professional development package. TBI is an approach to empowering professionals to get the data they need, when they need it, in order to improve their products and practices and create successful educational experiences.
