Session 7 - May 30, 2018 (theiosummit.com)
It Takes a Tiger Team - Established organizations have to think about innovation holistically. You can’t just try to cultivate a broad culture of innovation – you also have to form dedicated teams focused on building emerging experiences and bringing them to market quickly. In this session, Sunayna Tuteja will discuss how dedicated teams can speed up the innovation engine and be a magnet for driving innovation across the enterprise. By cornering off a tiger team from legacy processes you can expose the barriers and impediments that exist in your organization and apply the lessons learned to the broader ecosystem.
