I am an experienced Journalist with a passion for Journalism. I was born in Freetown, Sierra Leone, but was raised in the village of Kamaranka by my paternal grandmother. I came to the U.S when I was 11-years-old to join my parents. For my senior project, I went back to Sierra Leone to shoot a documentary on life after the civil war, I received an A. I interned at a local station and was offered a Production Assistant position. Months after graduation, I was offered the Video Journalist position at CNN. I became a Media Coordinator just six months later. I am now an Associate Producer for CNN International. I have worked with all types of people from all works of life, I love diversity. I am a hard working person who is passionate about life.
