Amanda Sans Pantling, directora, guionista, periodista y productora. Con una larga trayectoria en el mundo del periodismo y de la televisión, en 2005 debuto en el documental con la serie Una vida por delante, de la que preparo ahora un largometraje. Desde entonces he escrito y dirigido los documentales Vente a Las Vegas, nena!, El Banderas del porno, Icones, Tell the children the truth, Rebeca al desnudo, Paddlin' spirit y Songs of Redemption, premiado como Mejor Documental en numerosos festivales internacionales*. También he trabajado como guionista y script editor de otros tantos documentales y he sido directora de Producción y guionista en varios programas de TV. Ocasionalmente, trabajo como realizadora en publicidad. Tengo la suerte de que mi profesión me ha llevado a rodar a más de 50 países. Actualmente vivo a caballo entre Barcelona y Jamaica, desde donde dirijo varios proyectos de ficción y documental para el Caribe. Amanda Sans Pantling, director, screenwriter, journalist and producer. With a long trajectory in the world of journalism and television, in 2005 I debuted in documentary filmmaking with the series Una vida por delante, from which now I am preparing a feature film. Since then I have since written and directed the documentaries Vente a Las Vegas, nena!, El Banderas del porno, Icones, Tell the children the truth, Rebeca al desnudo, Paddlin´spirit and Songs of Redemption, awarded as Best Documentary at several international film festivals *. I have also worked as a screenwriter and script editor on many documentaries and have been Production Director and screenwriter in several TV shows. Occasionally, I work as a director in advertising. I am fortunate that my career has led me to shoot in more than 50 countries. Currently I live halfway between Barcelona and Jamaica, where I run several fiction and documentary projects for the Caribbean.
