Amy Hoerler has wanted to be an actress since the age of 5. She has always had the desire to create characters and present them to an audience. It was only after the tragic events of 9/11 that she decided to pursue her dream of acting.
Amy studied at the Neighborhood Playhouse and the Atlantic Theatre Company in New York City. She is a 2011/2012 Burt Reynolds Institute Master Class Graduate--under the tutelage of Burt Reynolds--where she continues to study and hone her skills as a Master Class Actor.
Although Amy's heart lies mainly in film and television, she has a keen love and respect for theatre, as well. Amy has graced the stages of New York City's LaMaMa, PS122, Collective:Unconscious, Wings Theater, and the 13th Street Rep--where she played 'Molly' in the longest Off-Off-Broadway play, "LINE". In London, she performed at Tristan Bates Theatre and Theatro Technis. Amy is also a founding member of the a)LoStCrEaTiVe Theatre Company in New York City.
