Good stories are like magic. They are conjured from nothing and have the power to amaze. I've always told stories, whether as an actor, a writer, director or photographer - the kind that work on the principle: I have the secrets and you want to know them.
The greatest satisfaction with stories comes from that moment when a room of people is suspended for a while, unsure why they so want to know what comes next, and that reaction when the story unfolds how they either hoped, feared or didn't see coming. Even if this is not always possible it is that element of mystery and magic that makes storytelling so beautiful.
