I have recently embarked on a PhD within MIRIAD and DRI at Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU). Previously, at Amanda Levete Architects (AL_A) I worked on the V&A Exhibition Building and was a member of the Computation Team. I'm involved in teaching at the Manchester School of Architecture (MSA) and conducting research into scripting, generative design and advanced computational methodologies within architectural design.
My particular interest is in developing architecture which through design-based research maybe able to challenge current design processes and prove new relationships between material and form. My passion is to steer architecture through an awareness of the linkages between traditional techniques, whilst integrating novel technologies and exploring computation as media.
