Our latest production, Snow White, premiered at Northern Stage in October 2015, and is currently being toured nationally. We are humbled to be again working with our world-class collaborative team, including Carol Ann Duffy, Murray Gold, Libby Everall, Phil Eddolls, and Malcolm Rippeth. Snow White is co-produced by Northern Stage, and commissioned by Sadler's Wells. Our third and final addition to this trilogy, Rumpelstiltskin, will premiere in 2017. balletLORENT celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2013 with the remounting of one of the company’s signature works, The Ball.
We will continue to deliver dance education of the highest standard to children and adults in the North East, across the UK and beyond. balletLORENT will continue to create the fantastical, the beautiful and the heartfelt, as it has done for the last 23 years. This is dance that deliberately seeks not to mystify or alienate. This is dance made in the North East of England and toured all round the UK as well as meeting an increasing international demand.
