Hey Vimeo!

Are you hungry? We're cookin' up something sweet that won't give you a toothache or even upset your tummy, no matter how much you consume. On November 12th, Eye Candy for Strangers is gearing up for its seventh go-round. This time, we're bringin' out the one and only DAEDELUS for a special performance to accompany a selection of your amazing Vimeo videos.

The program is an ongoing collaboration between Vimeo, Learned Evolution and Brooklyn Bowl, Brooklyn's finest venue for hitting the lanes, sipping tasty suds, and getting down on the dance floor to killer tunes. Just envision some of Vimeo's finest content being broadcast in HD over 9 massive screens!

The festivities will take place at Brooklyn Bowl on Saturday, November 12th, doors opening at 11PM, show starting at 12AM. This is a 21+ event, and tickets are $5-$7. Click here to snag your ticket and RSVP to the Facebook event here! But wait, you don't even know the best part yet! We will be curating the tasty visuals based on your submissions! That's right ya'll, we are calling all video artists to submit motion graphic art, animation, short films, music videos, and VJ visuals of ten minutes or less to the Eye Candy For Strangers Vimeo Group. Make sure to read the rules and send them our way! To get an idea of what we're looking for, take a look at our past selections here. If you can't make it to the event, this is a great way to be there in spirit. You'll also get some serious exposure!

We look forward to your submissions and can't wait to see you guys there!

hi, added some of my videos to the group. If you happen to approve any of them for showing, let me know if I need to cut some parts/seconds. I'd be willing to help out. : )

So are submissions simply going to be played from start to finish in succession, or will there be a VJ cutting things in time with the music?
