Bouldering is rock climbing stripped down to its raw essentials. Leaving behind ropes and harnesses and just using climbing shoes over safety mats, your challenge is to climb tricky routes using balance, technique, strength, and your brain.
It's a great full-body workout, as you use your arms, legs and core strength to make your way up the walls. A session will leave you physically energised, mentally refreshed and smiling ear to ear. We can't think of a better way to get fit and have fun at the same time.
