I am a 35 years old and currently the Creative Service Director For Heartland Media. I hold the roles of Producer/Director/Editor and Promotions Coordinator/Manager/Script Writer/Voice Overs. I have worked in Commercial Production as well as Promotions for 10 years where I have personally produced over 1500 commercials, promos, and news pieces and recently several Documentaries. I recently celebrated my 1 year anniversary as the Creative Service Director after getting promoted up from Promotions Coordinator at Action News Now. The previous year while working in Promotions I produced all Imaging Promos for all three stations we broadcast. I have also been an assistant editor for projects with The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, Butte College, Mckesson Medical Group, and The California Water Department. I have recently began independent work in my favorite genre of Documentary Films. I was the editor on four documentaries focusing on local artists in Chico Ca for the Museum of Northern California Art MONCA. I also was responsible for editing an hour long documentary about the history of our Stations KHSL and KNVN for live broadcast. I recently completed my first full length Documentary with a butte county Lawyer Ron Reed focusing on getting young teens out of joining Gangs in the North State. I am very interested in taking my skills to the next level, with hopes of continued work in Commercial Production, or Television as well as Documentaries.
