I AM WHAT I EAT is an ongoing film project that explores the human narrative through the creation and fascination of food. Through each episode, we will discover how food can be seen to creatively express ourselves and reflect our character.
The first episode begins in NYC with the culinary collective STUDIOFEAST.
A look inside one of the world's most interesting restaurants, Faviken Magasinet, and its remarkable head chef Magnus Nilsson. Located in a remote part of northwest Sweden and sourcing every single ingredient from the immediate surrounding area, the restaurant has been called the most isolated serious restaurant in the world.
