    Happy Super Bowl Sunday!! (Also known as the day we loosen the reigns, indulge a little more, worry a little less). Great. Go for it. I want you to knock yourself out later (without going crazy), as long as you knock out a workout now. Walk, run, lift, jump. swim, row, bike. Whatever gets you off the couch before tonight, go with it. The choice you make now will help you feel so much better about the choices you'll make later. Here's a sample workout:

    50 jacks/10 push ups
    50 jacks/9 push ups
    50 jacks/8 push ups
    Down to:
    50 jacks/1 push up

    Walk 10 mins in one direction and then walk back.
    Now you're at 20 mins.
    Next time, walk 12 mins and back.
    Increase time with each walk.
    Doing something is 100% better then doing nothing!
