Tommy Matthews and Andy Phillips bring you this week’s Workout of the Week with a challenge that only requires two pieces of equipment. When you’re short on time but need a big hit of exercise, this is a great option.
At first glance, this quick challenge with the Battle Rope and TIYR® might not look like it’s too hard. Beware! The squat and press is quite demanding, particularly after the rope pull and push. Remember to pace yourself and try to complete as many rounds as possible in three minutes.
