Built to service the sheep stations around Lake Wakatipu, NZ, TSS Earnslaw was launched on the lake in February 1912. She had been built in Dunedin (NZ) then dismantled and railed to the lake for final assembly and fit-out.
330 Tons, 166 feet long, Two triple expansion 500 hp jet condensing steam engines powered by 14 tons coal for a maximum speed of 13 knots
Max load: 1035 passengers or 1500 sheep or 200 bales of wool or 70 cattle.
