Thunderstorms time-lapses over Florida
I spent one week on floor 28 gazing at the ocean in FLorida. Here is the result!
Made with a Nikon D7000
Shoot in RAW mode and corrected with the toolchain Lightroom + LRTimelapse
Tokyo Ambient Lights
A video made from time lapses recorded during a trip in Tokyo.
All shoot with a Nikon D7000. I use a custom software to create the smooth zooms.
The soundtrack is made of samples from Slow Motion Tokyo Soundscapes Vol.3 from Equipped Music.
Thank you VJ Mie and Oku for discovering me some of those places!
Ambient video based on content recorded in Cyrus - Limassol
Camera Nikon D7000, now I understand why the camera is said to be tropicalised, temperature was 35 C and very humid but still the camera worked flawlessly.
The time-lapses are created with a custom video mixer where I can process the video before accelerating it. So depending on the settings up to all frames of the original video are used to render the accelerated version.
Serge Devadder - Meeting Infinity On The Riemann Sphere
This is 8 minutes of video accelerated to 30 seconds.
Video recorded with a NiKon D7000
The processing applied here is described in the article "Computational Time-Lapse Video" Eric P. Bennett - Leonard McMillan - The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
In this case the shutter length is 10 frames with a delta of 3 between each samples and the release is 80% between each steps.
Final assembly and audio added with iMovie.
When I paused the movie I found that some frames were really cool with peoples taking a ghost like appearance. So in the final video I mixed static pictures extracted from the rendered time-lapse with the time-lapse video itself.
