1. Koyasan (Mount Koya) is the mountain in Wakayama and was designated as one of the UNESCO World Heritage sites in 2004. It is known as the headquarters of the Koyasan sect of Shingon Buddhism since the monk named Kukai settled there 1200 years ago, and still remains an active monastic center.
    This short documentary captures glimpses of this spiritual and beautiful place through interviewing people who live in this mountain.
