Sorry it took so long to upload another video. I've been very busy here in Japanland.

Another really simple recipe for you. Curry!
This is just a really basic Japanese Curry. No fancy spices (Even though I love spices).

Anyways, AGAIN, No exact measurements. Rie hates measurements.
    Recipe: Pork Curry

Rub Salt and Pepper on Pork

Skin and cut Onions, Carrots, Potatoes

    Crush and cut Garlic

Put Oil in pot, Add Garlic, Cook slightly

Once you smell the Garlic, Add the Pork

    Add the White Wine

    Add the Vegetables, Cook slightly

Fill with Water. Once it starts to boil, Add Chicken Broth, Squeezed Banana, Grinded Apple, and Honey

Once the vegetables are cooked, Add Salt and Pepper

Reduce heat to low, Add the Curry Powder

    Add Coffee and Demiglace Sauce

Mix while tasting occasionally to check the flavor

Keep adding Curry Powder until you are satisfied with the taste and thickness of the Curry.

    Serve with Rice

    Episode 3 is finally done!
With special guest, NAXWELL THE CORGI!

I want to upload episodes more frequently, but I'm so damn lazy.
Anyways, here is a very simple recipe for you guys. ONIGIRI!
We kept the ingredients that you put in it very simple. Simple flavors make the best Onigiri.

Still no exact measurements. Just go crazy! Make 100 Onigiri.
    Recipe: Onigiri
    Japanese coming soon!
Cook rice (I recommend white rice. Brown rice doesn't stick very well)

    For our Onigiri we used:
Umeboshi, Mentaiko, Salmon, Tuna with Mayo, Scallop with Mayo, and Chicken with Yuzu Kosho.

Put some water and salt on your hands.

Grab a handful of Rice and make an indent in the middle.

Put in one of the ingredients.

I'm not sure how I can tell you to shape Onigiri, so look at the video.

Put Nori on Onigiri (this is optional. Some people don't like it.)

    Canon 550D/Kiss x4
