1. Further refinements of the "Rachel's Gazebo" shot. Learn how to emphasize the green bushes and green grass without affecting other parts of the image. Using vignettes in Apple Color to color correct only certain parts of the image.

"We shot this footage during a fairly severe drought in the Washington, DC area, and the grass was dried out and brown, pretty crispy, actually. We wanted a lush green lawn. Also, the "Golden Hour" effect gave the rose bushes a sort of sepia tone, and we wanted to restore some of the greens without creating a green cast over the entire image. We fixed all this in secondary."

  2. A free tutorial from Brightline Pictures. Create a "Golden Hour Look" using Apple Color. Introduction to primary and secondary color correction.

"We missed Golden Hour because we got behind schedule. By the time we were ready for this shot the sun had set behind the trees and the sky was hazy, so we had a nice diffuse light. We recreated a golden hour look in post."
