    EDIT:
    We're aware that there are two 6-pin PCIe power connectors in a Mac Pro (which are usually blocked by the factory installed ATI card). They're fine as long as you want to run a smaller GPU like the GTX660. However if you'd like to install a GTX780 or 580 you'll need 8-Pin power connectors.
