How To Strengthen Hips, Increase Mobility & Improve Balance On a Vibration Plate Machine - GForce Vibration
The core of your body isn't above the waist, it's at the waist and that's what this video focuses on! In this video we cover how to do hip exercises and how to do hip stretches. This are all done on our Gforce Vibration Plate Machine.
We started off with the Hip Adduction exercise. This exercise focuses on the front part of the hip by pulling your leg high in front of you while keeping your body core locked.
Second, we did the Hip Flexation exercise. This one is done by putting your foot out in front of you and pulling it across your body to the opposite side.
Third, we did the Hip Extension Exercise. In this exercise you will be pulling your leg back behind you as far and high as you can while maintain a locked body position.
Fourth, we did the Hip Aduction Exercise. This one focuses on the outside of the hips. Pull your leg high to the side of you.
During these exercises make sure to hold the leg in the end possition for 5-10 seconds.
