The Nourished Planner is a goal setting guide, daily calendar, to-do list, and meal planner all in one. It’s a tool and guide to help inspire you to create your best self, which can only come from one thing: being well nourished. It’s not another rigid planner setting the pace, but a weekly guide allowing you to be free, opening the doors to your own work flow.
Each year The Dancer's Edge studio will bring in some of the biggest names in dance to teach master classes. This year, one of Justin Timberlake's dancers, Ivan Koumaev, stayed for a week to teach & mentor multiple different classes.
