The NOFA provides developers -- individuals, partnerships, for-profit and non-profit corporations – the opportunity to apply for City funds to create exceptional homeownership and rental projects with positive and visible impacts. The NOFA is designed to help achieve PLAN Cincinnati’s goal of having a full spectrum of quality housing options for individuals across income groups and in all stages of life.
Once again the CoreFour priority funding program, which was unveiled in early 2015, will add to the overall success of the NOFA. Although projects in any of the City's 52 neighborhoods are eligible for NOFA funding, projects located in CoreFour neighborhoods will receive scoring preference.
Among other things, this webinar will review:
• How to apply.
• What factors are included in the scoring criteria and scorecard.
• How to address factors that improve your NOFA submission.
• What the NOFA schedule is.
• What funding sources are involved.
