Changing the look and feel of the primary menu in Wild Apricot requires knowledge of CSS. The main theme usually works ok but if you want to change the colours there are at least 8 CSS styles that need to be changed. This video shows you how to do that.
Your Wild Apricot account includes space to store files such as documents, pictures, and videos. You can link to these files from pages on your Wild Apricot site, or you can share a link to these files with others inside or outside your organization. To manage your files – upload, download, organize, delete, or rename them – you can use WebDAV to access your files without even going into the web browser. Using WebDAV allows you to copy multiple files or folders at the same time. You can also edit your user defined CSS easily as well.
To help get you started with Wild Apricot's API, we have provided a sample Windows Excel file that uses API calls – programmed with Visual Basic – to download contact records and other information from a Wild Apricot account. The Excel file provides parameters that you can set to filter the results. You can use this file as is without any further programming or you can modify it according to your organization's requirements. The current version downloads all membership fields and all contacts. 1000 contacts takes about 10 minutes to download.
