4Culture's award-winning 4CTV produces programs for cable broadcast, highlighting the depth and vitality of arts and heritage throughout King County. Programs are available online, and through our partners, King County TV (KCTV) and Seattle Community Access Network (SCAN).

In recent years, two 4CTV programs have been awarded prestigious Telly Awards (the premier award honoring outstanding local, regional, and cable TV programs and commercials.) In spring of 2010, 4CTV's profile on Donald Byrd was awarded a Bronze Telly. Additionally, in 2007 a program on DBR and the Mission won a Silver Telly, the top honor of the 28th Annual competition. Traditionally, less than 10% of entries are chosen as winners of a Silver Telly. A panel of over 40 accomplished industry professionals, each a past winner of a Silver Telly, judged the competition, upholding the historical standard of excellence that Telly represents.
