When Crossroads Fellowship (previously known as Temple Baptist Church) decided to relocate and build a new campus, they had a vision to create a place that all generations and backgrounds could find a place to connect. Beck’s design and construction teams made this vision a reality by creating a village where age-group specific ministry spaces for children, students, young adults and senior adults all flow into a sunlit commons space for fellowship and connection, and then into a 1,000-seat worship center for congregational worship. The building includes a 300-seat multipurpose student auditorium, four children’s theaters (ranging in capacity from 50-90), a 200-person capacity dining/fellowship area and a 250-seat chapel.

Beck was selected as architect and interior designer for First Baptist's expansion project. Significant portions of the property were programmed as park and community-focused spaces, with the mission to create a sustainable, urban oasis serving the city core.

More than 45,000 people attend services at SaRang Church each week, making it one of the more popular “megachurches” in South Korea. When future growth became impossible, church leaders decided to build a new church and purchased a 1.7-acre site in central Seoul. Though small for its intended purpose, the site was a rare find in densely-built Seoul. Beck designed two curvilinear glass towers, each providing 150,000 SF of space, joined by a sky bridge. The building extends more than 120 feet below grade, which allows the church to get the most from its chosen site. The 6500-seat worship center auditorium is part of 400,000 SF located underground. In the event that church attendance exceeds the capacity of the main auditorium, there are multiple large multi-purpose overflow worship areas located throughout the facility. The church also offers youth and small group ministry spaces, a 600-seat chapel, a bookstore/cafe, roof gardens, and a central outdoor global ministry plaza.
