The other video is the shortened version....here's the full prayer. The kids are dragging and mumbling so the tia tells them she couldn't hear anything which prompts them to YELL the prayer with enthusiasm....basically they say "Thank you father for this milk. Clap for Jesus!"
At night before the babies went to sleep they would all pray and thank God for their milk they would drink before bedtime! It's so sweet. These guys were barely crawling when I arrived and now they are 3 years old and nothing like little babies, talking and walking....oh memories! Another missionary, Erin 1, shot and shared this video with me!
Basically at the end they are saying litterally palms for Jesus (in portuguese of course) which really means clap for Jesus!
In the video is (left to right around the circle): Antonio (crying), Mindah (red shirt), Rosa (yellow dress), Adilson (red shirt/front), Lorenco (red shirt/back), Aliro (faded red shirt), Dino (navy blue shirt), Francisco (yellow shirt)
Chelsia kinda thought bubbles were suprising......everytime. every last time. She's a bit of a drama queen too. Hysterical game. Other kids are Dionisio...in my lap, Meghann another nurse, Manuel sitting next to her and Lucia running around
Baby games are contagious. And as an adult....I enjoy egging them on cause it's just too darn cute and hysterical. I have no clue who started this, but it was cleita's favorite game at the time and many days every kid in the room was doing it at the same time. so funny.
I finished up my 2nd year at Iris in Maputo, Mozambique and this is the video I put together to say thank you for all the support, prayers, encouragement I recieved during that time. Each little bit and act of obedience to God made a difference in the lives of these children I served as well as my own. Thanks!
