CINCINNATI – Mayor John Cranley, Vice Mayor David Mann and County Commissioners Denise Driehaus and Todd Portune have led the City of Cincinnati and Hamilton County to come together on a proposed agreement regarding the leadership and operation of the Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD).

The proposed agreement—that saves the City and County over $4.5 million a year in legal fees and monitoring—seeks to consolidate operations, promises environmental justice for residents and ensures changes are made collaboratively between the City and County.
