Ipsita's job is to lead and deliver quality support services for people with intellectual disability in consultation with their families/whanau and other support services staff.

She is responsible for recruiting staff; managing a team of community service workers; organising training, learning and development for staff; and managing budgets and staff performance.

She also needs to be flexible and adaptable enough to manage other matters as they arise -- this is a real multi-tasking role.
