Extracting usable fuel from crude is a difficult process. In current methods, the extraction process also yields quantities of other fuels, such as methane and other gases, that are less desirable that diesel and gasoline.
Rive Technologies' Molecular Highway technology has solved this problem by creating larger pores within zeolite crystals, allowing hydrocarbon chains to pass through more quickly, and thus, has less chance of being "overcracked" into these less desireble fuel types.
Arkitek was asked to create an animation that explained this process.
AB Sciex tapped Arkitek to create an explanatory animation illuminating how their novel SWATH technology works. With it, researchers can gather ALL the information available in a mass spec sample, and can access that data at any time to compare different components within the sample. No need to run the experiment again, all data is saved at the time of measurement.
Though deceptively simple, this concept had proven difficult to visualize. We worked closely with AB Sciex to come up with the best way to show this groundbreaking technology.
This animation explains how the skin functions as the protective barrier between us and the rest of the world. Without its myriad arsenal of protective T cells, natural killer cells, Mast cells, eosinophils and a number of other specialized cells, we wouldn't last long.
This project was done in collaboration with Nature Immunology in London. And as always, we had a really great time working with them.
