The goal of this learning programme was to build a critical mass of development professionals in UNICEF, who are equipped with relevant state-of-the-art knowledge, skills and tools to understand and address socio-cultural determinants of UNICEF programmes, policy advocacy and humanitarian actions, through the use of C4D processes, principles and practice; and drive behaviour and social change that is inclusive, equitable and human rights based, to achieve results for children and women.

C4D Specialists; Communications/ Media Relations Specialists; Programme and EMOPS specialists; Social Policy, Planning, and M & E, as well as Deputy Representatives of Country Offices, benefited from this programme. This modular-based programme was delivered in a blended format : a 40-hour e-learning component spread over 10 weeks, and a 2 week face-to-face workshop.
