A farming commune in Siberia; rebellious squatters in England; YouTube celebrities in Brazil. These parallel worlds rotate around three different figures with one thing in common: their claim to be Jesus Christ.
A documentary about the Second Coming, I Am Jesus delivers an even-handed portrait of three communities, and confronts the controversy surrounding the return of the Messiah in today's world.
By following these religious leaders and the daily lives of their disciples, I Am Jesus looks at our need for a spiritual guide in the search for answers to the human condition.
