Following the Shanghai Expo's overall theme “Better City, Better Life”, STATE GRID, China’s largest energy provider, has made a forward looking statement in the form of a pavilion architecture, that expresses the company’s philosophy and vision by means of strong images. TAMSCHICK MEDIA+SPACE GmbH conceived the cinematic design of the main show, the heart of the MagicBox. When inside the box, the visitor finds him or herself on a floating glass platform within an all around projection. The walls, ceiling and floor each consist of a high resolution LED screen to form an immersive medial space in which the approximately 250 visitors are taken on a four minute journey through the energy cosmos.
The GRID, which is used to symbolize STATE GRID’s complexity and core competence, is transmitted not only in the main show, but also through the pavilion’s multimedia façade. The magic box, which appears to be self-supporting, floats in the air as a central element of the architecture over the main entrance. During the day, the wind plays with the tiny movable plates that cover the LED façade, reflecting their surroundings like a mirror. When night falls, these plates turn into a pulsating, luminescent frequency generator.
The LED façade makes energy visually perceptible in all its states and forms of transmission. The “heart beats” generated from the center spread in waves of light over the building’s entire outer surface to make the STATE GRID pavilion a highly visible eye catcher on the grounds of Expo 2010.

We were asked by the creators of the Kiss Channel (Sky Channel 178) to create the music and sound for their "Party 2 Night" idents.
They wanted them to sound unique and distinct from the mainstream dance music that the channel accomadates.# vimeo.com/32531324 Uploaded 4,124 Plays 271 Likes 1 Comment
