From Oddly Team: "If you know of Oddly Correct, you’re probably familiar with our artwork. If you‘ve bought coffee from us over the years, it’s possible there’s a rogue empty coffee bag with an image on it that inspired you still in your kitchen junk drawer. (You can throw it away now!) After falling in love with the the utilitarian cast iron beauty of a letterpress printer and the work it could produce, I knew I had to figure out how to incorporate it into the coffee experience.

The Art Of Oddly Correct is a chronological collection of every letterpress print produced over ten years of time. This book represents a caffeinated conversation we as a coffee company had with the people of Kansas City (and beyond) for over a decade. The Art Of Oddly Correct is a documentation of the process of myself becoming an artist. It‘s About Oddly Correct becoming a business supported by community of adventurous coffee drinkers.

When ten years of printing blocks began to pile up and take over, I new I needed to get it in a book. The book had to feel good in the hand. It needed to have some heft. What you will receive will be a chunky 6”x7” hard back collection of over 300 pages of prints, drawings and watercolors.

We’re raising funds to cover the costs of the physical printing and production of this book. It will be printed and bound here in the United States, possibly by elves on unicorns. I have to check the details on that and get back to you.

We thought a lot about what perks to offer. We considered everything from secret handshakes to epic nude oil painting of the artist, with a stragically placed coffee cup. We landed on some simple rewards we think you’ll love. Some are in line with where we have been over the years as a coffee company. Another moves in the direction I am finding myself as an painter and a dog lover. A couple of them are very limited, so scroll down!

Thanks a ton!

Risks and challenges
It will take about 12 weeks for the book to be printed and shipped. To be safe, The month of August is when we suspect you can expect delivery. Note: if you are the lucky backer to go to Colombia, there are some scheduling and logistical conversations to be had prior to the trip. July is typically the month we head down there."
